Is there any place to order AP passes with DC discount online?

I dont think so - I think you need to call the number on your disney card.

From the Disney.com Ticket FAQ:

Q. How do I receive my Disney Club Discount Online?

A. Currently, the Disney Club discount is not available for online ticket purchases. Please call (407) WDISNEY† (934-7639) to purchase your tickets by phone in order to receive your Disney Club discount on select Walt Disney World tickets.

So, it looks as if there is no way at the present to get any kind of DC discount online. But you can still call to order your AP voucher if there isn't a Disney Store close by.
