Another thing I must have missed.......I love Treacle.

Ds liked the cauldron cake but we were not fond of the chocolate.

Another vote for the cauldron cakes, though we didn't think they were quite as good this trip as in summer 2010. We didn't get a pumpkin tart this time, but liked them in 2010.

From responses in a previous thread, we skipped most of the packaged candy, but decided to give the Exploding BonBons a go, based on a good review. They are OK white chocolate, but the fun part is the pop rock-like filling - a treat for kids, even if the adults here weren't wowed. Not bad, but I would not pay $10 for them again!

I personally think the cauldron cakes are beyond delicious and the treale fudge is pretty good too!

Didn't try the peppermint toads last trip may have to try them in the Jan trip.

I haven't found any great candy from there but I think they get you with the name associated with it!
