Is there any Disney transportation to pets for people using the kennel?

Do we have to pay extra to rent a car/hire a limo or can we use ME to take a pet (in a carrier) to the kennel and back to the airport?

No pets, other than service animals, on DME. If you choose to bring your pet, you will want to get a rental car. Don't they ask that you come to the kennel several times a day while your pet is there???

Thank you. Yes, they do recommend visiting, but the pet stays, so you could still use buses. Thanks for the info.

There are no buses to the Pet Care Center, and unfortunately it is very difficult to get to without a car or by using a taxi.

Although it's across the road from POR, it's not directly opposite the entrance, and there's no walking path. You'd have to walk from the POR South bus depot out the main entrance, cross a busy road, and walk maybe 1/4 mi. along the road. There are no sidewalks or crosswalks along any part of this.
