Is there an internal bus at Art of Anim to get to food court?

I honestly don't get how anyone could get in a car and drive to the food court. To me it's just laughable.
It isn't that far, to say it's a 25min round trip is not accurate. Seriously maybe if your towing a few toddlers but it took us maybe 5mins MAX to get to the food court from LM rooms.
You'd spend more time waiting for a shuttle or getting into your car than just getting on with it and walking.

It's .28 miles from the far reaches of building 8 to the buses using existing paths (measured and calculated using an actual map key and a piece of yarn {because I can't find my tape measure!})

It felt like LM was SOOOOO far out when we toured there, but I thought this resort had the same footprint at Pop and 80's/90's feels much closer. Another thing that probably did not help was lack of mature trees for shade...it's brutal in August...

The 50's, 60's and 70's at Pop have the same footprint as the AofA Suites.
The 80's/90's section at Pop are much closer to the buses and foodcourt then the LM rooms at AofA. If you compare the two maps, you'll see what I mean. Totally different footprint in these sections.

To me its not much of a walk but I am a runner and in my 20s.

I think too if you are walking in the parks all day 7ish minutes isn't much more. My suggestion would be request the closest room you possibly can if you don't want to walk and/or splurge for a preferred room. Even if your online request doesn't get you a close room try going to the front desk and seeing if they can change it sometimes they can help you with stuff like that.
