I just need a copy of my current itinerary for our flights this month. Is there an email address I can send a request to? The info online is reflecting a the original flight we had changed, and the hold time is about 5 hours. You can fill out a receipt request online, but of course that shows the original flight purchase. Thanks!

i just went through this same issue. When I called yesterday the wait time was 6 hours. So, I got up this morning at 6:00EST and called. The wait time was 100 minutes but today it had an option to leave a call back number. So I did that and they called back in 2 1/2 hours and resolved my issue.

While you’re waiting to hear back from them, did you check the app? JB changed our flights on us and the online itinerary didn’t show the new flight right away but when my husband checked the app everything was up-to-date. The online version eventually caught up.

Reaching any airline by phone these days is a joke!☹️ It’s such a shame!

Even before covid, it was my impression that most of the budget airlines don't have the staffing to handle lots of phone calls or emails so they make it as challenging as possible to contact them. Clearly when some charge you to make a reservation if doing it by phone, they are trying to minimize the number of people calling. I couldn't find any email address listed on the JetBLue website but only some online forms to complete relating to the topic the OP asked about.

I fly B6 pretty much exclusively for domestic flights and have for going on 15 years and have literally never had problems calling them.

Email is antiquated at this point for contacting any airline tbqh. Chat through the app is the quickest way or failing that Twitter.

I haven't had a more difficult time contacting JetBlue than I have American Airlines (and yes, I've had to call both within the past few months). JetBlue and Southwest are technically budget airlines, but they do provide customer service on a comparable level to the legacy airlines (American, Delta, United). I've flown them all time and again and can state that as a fact.

Spirit and Allegiant are in a different category, and JetBlue can't fairly be lumped in with them. Not that I'm a huge fan of JetBlue (or a fan of any airline- I think they all have middling customer service at best), but it's only fair to point out the fact that JetBlue's customer service is on par with the other major airlines, as unimpressive as that standard may be.
