is there an 800 # to call disney dining?

I've seen an 800 # mentioned on a couple posts and I was just wondering if anyone knew the number and what it can be used for?

I've used 800-828-0228 all day for reservations and Priority Seatings. It has the same prompts as the toll number without the cost. It was wonderful this morning when I was on there for 71 minutes, 30-35 of them waiting for a cast member to pick up.
