Is there an 800 number for Customer Service at Blink?

I have been trying to work through AE for my 100,000 points but they are no help whatsoever! I now am going to try to phone Blink.

Please help!

After doing tons of research, I finally got a 212 phone number to blink! Unfortunately, when I called there was a recording saying that due to the recent tragedy in NY they are unable to answer phone calls and they only want e-mails! Yikes - that is what I'm trying to avoid. Noone is answering my e-mails.

I'm about to give up.
