Hello gang,
I was wondering if there is any 1-800 number for Disney Dining reservation and resort reservations... I know this sounds funny, but my sis always made the reservations through her vacation planner and now someone asked me and I just don't know ha! ha!

Thank you for your help!!!

Nope. All the numbers are toll. They figure if want to come to Disney you will be willing to pay for the call yourself!

It costs Disney $68 million a day (yes I made that up, but 800 numbers are expensive) to take phone calls from little kids wanting to talk to Mickey and people calling every 5 minutes to change their dining and resort ressies. If they had an 800 number there'd be no fantasmic, no Magical Express, and no character meals. Take your pick

$68 million, man oh man that TV towel guy must sell a HECK of alot of those towels/grinders/pet groomers/whatever to make that!!!!!

Trust me here with the multi-billion dollar mega corporate conglomerate AKA Disney can afford them they just chose NOT to have them, as they do get a small discount for how many lines etc for them, I guess the 800 numbers lost out during a board of director meetings in one of their budget cut talks……

I have two or three toll free disney numbers that are still good. I know this one,
888-870-9173 is good. I'll see if I can find the other two I have.

We use our cell phone that has unlimited minutes to call. But we have never had calls that listed more than 15 minutes or had wait times of more than five. I guess we have been lucky.:)

So - What ever happened to 1-800-W-Disney?

I have called it every trip and made ADR's and Ressies........

Sometimes calling it several times per week.....plus calling to check on availability......

Most recently - for trip July 2008......'06, '04,

1-800-W-Disney has been gone for at least 2 or 3 years.

There is 1-407-WDISNEY, that will get you there. Not for free, though :lmao:

Thank you guys ha! I have always called the 1-407 number and did not care for the cost (I guess I was excited in going) but my friend is trying to save every little penny! And that's why, I'm not going with her ha! ha! I spend a lot while in Disney... that's the fun part for me ha! Shop!!!!

TinkerbellinLouisian sorry to hear that you had to put you GH down... mine is 9 yrs, but still in good shape.

At one point in time, there use to be 800 #'s that would work for a while, and then were disabled. I think they were for specific WDW departments, but you could be transfered
