To add guests to an existing reservation online, as long as the total number of guests stays within the max occupation?
 
You can send them an email via contact us, or call.
 
Wonder if you can add them via the "Chat" button?

IMO email is better, so far chat hasn't been able to do anything for me. I wonder if they are located somewhere else, their responses are worded a if they aren't part of DVC.

I used the chat button a few weeks ago. I asked if they could do it for me. I had all the names needed ready and just pasted the info into the chat. Everyone was added and I confirmed it while on line in just under 5 minutes.

I had a similar experience. I tried phoning, and then thought to do chat at the same time. I finished the whole process by chat before the phone was answered!

It used to be, but I sent a question twice now, a month apart, and got a "we're really behind but will respond within 5 business days" both times and then never heard back again. I was hoping to get a written response to my question vs. just a phone validation but it looks like I'll have to call and hope for the best.
 
I have added & removed people from reservations as well as changed the addresses via chat.
 
I used a chat as well. It was very easy and efficient. I was able to verify on line the change to my reservations within minutes.
