Is there a way...

to find out what you have remaining on a KTTW card? We are AP holders, and every year at free dining time, we use the previous year's one day base ticket to upgrade our seasonal AP's. Is there any way to see what is on which KTTW card? Also, am I correct in saying that if I USE my one day base ticket BEFORE I renew our APs that the gate price will be deducted from our new APs?

I know the only way to have it checked is at Disney. I think you have to go to a guest services counter. Not sure if the resorts can do it or not?

Just take your cards to guest relations and they will scan them to let you know what is on each. Yes you can apply the value of ONE card per AP. We do it often when renewing.

It really doesn't take too long to swipe them. I recently had about 5 to swipe. I had my sharpie ready to write on them so I would keep them straight. Yes, you can apply the one day base ticket to either a new AP or a renewed AP. We've done it several times, because occassionally we buy the packages that include the base ticket.

You can check your card from home,I was able to last year. I don't have the number I called though. Maybe someone else will have it. I hope to find the answer to using the ticket first to get gate value credit too!

I was told several times there is no way to find out from home. They MUST swipe them there to see. I was told that nothing on the card would give them the info to do it over the phone.

I don't know about KTTW, but the number to see what is left of regular tickets is 407-566-4985. Maybe they could help? I have called and they were able to check all our old tickets.

This must be new. As when I called about old tickets they told me there is no way. And the boards here told me the same.

I did it arou nd maybe September, October maybe. We didn't need tickets as we had a package but I had found them and ws unsure if it was OK to use them to cut out for scrapbooks. Turnes out almost all of them had a day or more or at least a waterpark day on them. All I did was read off the number and they checked.

I learned about it here on Dis, so it was after I joined (August).

we just got back and my mil had them check a kttw card from 8/07 to make sure her base ticket was still on there and it was. she had the resort check it. whenever we upgraded our base tickets in dec to an AP, i also applied my disney rewards to the ticket making it less. i just wished we could use all those base tickets we have at once.

I hope I can call and check. I believe I had 6 days on my cards from last trip. BUT I'm always nervous that something happened, I want to make sure they are still there. But, I can just run over and check, I live many states away.

For those of you still interested...lol...I called 407 566 4985 option 2 and spoke to someone who told me that they could "try". I have been turning the house upside down trying to find those KTTW cards. The ones that I thought were the ones I needed were for the year before...so I'm frantically trying to find them. She told me that the system was down right now, but if I called tomorrow they would try to help me recover them. So....I wait...and continue to search.

I just called the number above 10 minutes ago and the CM was able to tell me how many days were used on tickets that I had left over from last year!
