Is there a way to swap FP+ within my own group?

I am traveling with a group of 9 people. I accidentally signed my SIL up for Space Mountain instead of myself. Is there a way I can swap our plans without losing one of the time slots? I realize we could just exchange wristbands for that ride only, but I'm trying to find a better way. Thanks.

Just exchange your wristbands for that ride.

You cannot swap FP+ in MDE. Unless you check the system and rebook each person individually for the ride they prefer (and there are slots available) you can't do it.

Of course you can cancel the fp+ on each account and then go in and try to grab that pass with the other account, but you risk someone else getting it first or the system not letting you get it even though you know the other person just released it. So again for certainty, just swap bands.

Don't cancel the FP+ for anyone, you can't replace it. Try to change and experience or time instead. Cancelling just reduces you to two FP+. It speeds up your ability to choose a 4th or 5th etc. but you can't replace once a FP+ is cancelled. Also, you cannot modify a FP+ once your window opens on a mobile device. It just freezes.
