Is there a way to contact a restaurant manager?

We returned home on 12/24 and honestly just glanced over our KTTW charges, it was 4 pages long and everything seemed ok, we were in a hurry but that is no excuse. Anyway we have two charges from Coral Reef on the same day, one for $17.86 and another for $18.60. We were on the dining plan and did not order anything that was not covered and we only left the $17.86 tip.... now we can't find the receipt but we KNOW it was only $17.86. Are we out of luck because we can't locate our copy of the receipt?
 
There are details on the bill of how to contact accounts. Contact them and dispute the double charge.
 
Disney should have a copy of all bills and should be able to resolve it. We had a problem with our bill a few years ago and it was resolved by just calling the normal line used for booking.
