And, conversely, are there ones which are considered better? I'm just trying to figure out if I want to make a room location request. Location near the quiet pool might be good but I'd welcome any opinions!

Some might say you want to avoid the "dumpster" view.

Others want the closest they can find to the dumpster afterall,

I believe there is one without a balcony. I would request close to elevator, that will keep you away from the dumpsters and a more convenient location.
