Is there a Stanley Meet & Greet?

So every morning when I wake up for school (which is early as heck!) I sit on the couch, eat breakfast, and watch Stanley.
I've come to love the little environmentalist fellow.
Is he a character that is available for meet & greets and if so, where?

I know that he used to be up at Rafiki's Planet Watch in AK. We have never been up there because I have an aversion to petting zoos, and I don't know if he is still up there.

Yes, there is a Stanley character! Like the above poster, I don't get to Conservation Station/Rafiki's Planet watch on every trip, so I am not sure how often Stanley gets out. But he is frequently listed in the Times Guide at Animal Kingdom (at least he was last time I checked in May), as being at Conservation Station. On rarer occasion, he sometimes meets at the entrance to Animal Kingdom. Since he is listed in the Times Guide often, I get the impression he is pretty regular. But I haven't checked too recently, but hopefully he still gets out!

Stanley comes out for meet-and-greets regularly at Animal Kingdom.

However, he longer appears at Rafiki's Planet Watch, since Jiminy Cricket took his place there.

Stanley now appears at the Oasis, the area that you walk through when you first enter the park, before reaching the turnstiles.

We also saw him at the front of Animal Kingdom about 10 days ago. He even carries Dennis in a fishbowl. See for yourself.

Its seems to me that Playhouse Disney is starting to phase out stanley like they did to rolie Olie.

We saw Stanley at Conservation Station. I was so pleastantly surprised! For some reason I didn't think we'd see him. At the time my little guys were 11, 9 & 8. I'm sad they've outgrown Stanley & Dennis!

We saw Stanley outside the front gates of AK a couple of weeks ago and Jiminy Cricket was at the Conservation Station.

We saw Stanley last Sunday as we left AK, he was in that area just before the gates. He was all on his lonesome too, people just missed him completely! DS6 was happy to go say hi though.

Stanley was outside of Animal Kingdom main gate, this was on October 16th, between 1 and 2 PM. There was also Pluto and Friar Tuck there. (And odd combination I thought!) I don't think there was a schedule for him there, but I recommend to ask about it. We did get a picture with him. (We have a picture, but I don't have it with me.)

Stanley is also still part of the Playhouse Disney show at MGM, but don't expect any autographs there, just a puppet.

and a heavy puppet at that. little known fact is, if you ask the stage manager sitting in the back left of the theater, they will take your autograph book in the back and have bear stamp his signature for you. You can't go with them, but you still get a cool autograph.

It kind of stinks that he's outside of AK now though because it seems like the characters that appear out there aren't written on a schedule so you never know when you'll see them.
All the Characters that I have ever seen outside of AK I have happened upon by luck .
So wish me luck.
I really wanna meet Stanley!
