Is there a special place to eat at Universal?

We are going to Universal for the first time this year after several trips to Disney. Do they have a PS system for restaurants, or character meals at all? If so, what would you recommend?

They don't have a PS system like Disney. You most likely won't need a reservation. If it is crowded that day, they have reservations booths set up at Citywalk, inside Universal, and inside Islands of Adventure. You can make a reservation for both parks and citywalk at any of those booths.

They have a character breakfast with Spiderman that several have gone to. Let me look for that thread so you can read about it.

The dining cart in both parks and at City Walk only do priority seating. And sometimes that's off due to special events or during busy times (Margaritaville). Also, the cart in City Walk can only do City Walk ps, they can call for you though. You can also phone in a ps arrangement as well.
