I booked at 60 days last week, and the parades and fireworks were not yet available for FP+. I found on threads here that currently they are opening these FP+ reservations up on the last day of the prior month. So right now, I have to wait until the end of April to reserve, which will be while we are in Disney World, and just 4 days before we want to see MSEP. However, all this could change at any time because Disney is constantly changing things.
