I know you all are going to laugh...but when I was younger (6th grade), my grandparents took me to
Disneyland (instead of getting a pony--great trade off, I thought)...and I had to ride the dark rides alone. I got really scared on Mr. Toad's Wild Ride because I don't like it when things pop up and when I don't know what's going to happen. Again, stems from a carnival ride at the Spook House when I was even smaller, like maybe 7 or 8 when I, again, had to ride alone (only child syndrome, I guess).
Now, many years later, I enjoy Mr. Toad (it's a classic, you know) but it did take me a long time to get to that point (like, oh, 35-40 years...

) SO...for all those people who insist that their children ride things that they don't really want to ride...well, let me just tell you from experience...you aren't doing them any favors! If they don't want to go, listen to THEIR instincts, not yours.
Other than that, the only thing I don't go on now is those blasted Tea Cups....

..that's a big ooooooppppppssssss...
And thank goodness, I'm leaving in 5 days and can't wait!!!!
