Is there a renting/purchasing points for dummies page?

Hi, I am new to this board and am interested in renting/purchasing (?) points from a DVC member in order to take a vacation. I don't know much about how to do this so if there is anyone who can point me in the direction of a tutorial page or explain how it works I would so appreciate it.

You can also log into David's site and find out information there. He is a sponsor on the DVC boards.

There is some great information and suggestions about renting for both DVC Members, but especially for potential renters.
