Is there a program close to idcp

I attend uni but dont quality for the australian disney collage program. I'd love to work at disney for 6 months to a year but I dont know if they do temp contracts or hire people from overseas. I have looked into this but no luck.
Is there a program close to idcp that isnt idcp for people who dont do full time uni???
