Is there a problem with My Disney Experience Fastpass+?

I have 2 reservations. One for August and another for February. The countdown says 62 days, so I should be able to make Fastpass selections in 2 days (we are staying on property), but when I click on it it says I can start making Fastpass selections in December! Has anyone had this happen? Will it let me make my selections in 2 days?

Also, when I click on the Fastpass area it only shows me that I can make plans for, not my daughter, even though she's linked to my My Disney Experience.

I'm freaking out a bit because I want to get Fastpasses for 7 Dwarf Mine Train and I know they go fast.

If you have booked a package, everyone shows up at the moment your 60-day window opens. It's how the FP system works for people with packages.
