Is there a penalty for last minute cancels?

So we just booked our first Disney cruise for 6/26-6/30 last week. So with being last minute we've gone a little crazy on booking things like tequila and mixology tastings, massages, excursions and everything in between.
But I'm pretty sure we need to go over everything again and we'll need to cancel some because of conflicts.
Is there a penalty for last minute cancels? I don't remember seeing that. In fact i was really surprised the excursion didn't request a credit card guarantee like reserving dining WDW.
It might have been in the fine print but i didn't see it.
Hoping someone might know how this works.

Thanks!

Excursions will be charged to your onboard account. You have until 3 days prior to embarkation to cancel (that's 3 days before you board the ship, not 3 days prior to the excursion). Adult dining and spa can be cancelled onboard with 24 hours notice. I'm not sure about mixology/tastings.

I think I cancelled a tasting the day before? I had changed my mind about one but couldn't cancel it before we left the cruise and just cancelled on board.

Port Adventures must be cancelled 3 days before departure, and spa, adult dining, and beverage tastings 24 hours in advance, to avoid being charged. There's no need for a credit card guarantee because charges will be made to your stateroom account.

This is from the DCL website (https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/...tions/onboard-activities-booking-and-pricing/):
  • Port Adventures
    • Port Adventures: Reservations must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to your cruise departure date, otherwise they will be considered final and nonrefundable. Also, please note that some Port Adventures are noncancelable/nonrefundable.
  • Spa & Fitness
Several options are available on board the ship to keep you relaxed and in shipshape. Please note that appointments made at the Fitness Center, Hook's Barbery, Senses Spa & Salon and Untangled Salon must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation charge.
  • Adult-Exclusive Dining
If unable to attend, Guests are kindly reminded to cancel their dining reservation at least 24 hours in advance. If the reservation is not cancelled in advance or if Guests do not arrive for their scheduled reservation, it will be considered confirmed, and the full per-person prix fixe cost will be charged to the Guest’s onboard account.
  • Beverage Tasting Seminars: Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the reserved experience to avoid cancellation charges. Please note that Guests will be charged the full price if cancellation falls within 24 hours before the event start time.

To add to what others have shared — drink tastings, adult dining, spa appointments, and anything scheduled for the first day of your cruise must be canceled at least 3 days (72 hours) before boarding. The system locks down 72 hours prior to sailing, so you won’t be able to access it to make cancellations for Day One after that point.

All excursions (Port Adventures) and Royal Tea must also be canceled more than 72 hours in advance of sailing.

Activities scheduled on Day Two and beyond — like drink tastings, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, spa services, and adult dining — need to be canceled at least 24 hours before the activity.

My advice for a first Disney cruise is to book very little in advance. There’s so much included with your cruise that you’ll want the flexibility to enjoy. If you pack your schedule with too many extras, you might miss out on the fun, free activities that make Disney cruises so special.

If you do want to book a few things, I’d suggest one drink tasting and possibly one excursion (Port Adventure) for a stop that isn’t at a Disney island. For Nassau, I wouldn’t recommend any port adventures — just check out the port area a bit and then head back to enjoy the ship. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique might be worth booking if you have kids who are really excited about it.

I wouldn’t book the spa in advance. Instead, go to the Spa Raffle on Day One. If you decide you want a massage, the Manager’s Special they offer there is usually much more affordable.

As for adult dining, I’d skip it for your first cruise. Disney Cruise Line’s rotational dining is a big part of the experience, and I wouldn’t want to miss any of it. If you happen to get Palo Brunch, that is worth keeping, but otherwise I’d save adult dining for a future cruise.

I second all this and will also add that your first one is a 4 night cruise. There is so much to do on any cruise and unless your first is 7 nights or longer your going to leave the ship with all the basic activities and think to yourself that you could have done so much more of just the included activities/ lounging etc

Dinner in the main dining rooms will take some time. Also the Broadway shows are scheduled around your dining time if you have 545 dining then you go to show after, before if you have 815 dining. There’s a daily drink of the day and numerous bars around the ship to get a drink.

This is one thing I would add to your thread on what would you change about DCL. On Royal you prepay, but you can cancel 24 hours before and get a refund. I don't book excursions on DCL for that reason. Some excursions are not pleasant in bad weather.

Good advice on the managers special. Their massages are overpriced.
