I thought I read somewhere that Universal has some sort of night time show. Something similar to World of Color....

Anyway, I can't find anything about it

Is this a thing?

Does it show every night? I'll be there in August and again in Sept

What time?

What park?

Where do I find more information?

How good is it?

Are fireworks involved?

Thanks for all the info!!

Last weekend (and presumably most weekends?) there was a night show themed by various movies represented in the resort, shown in the USF pond, viewing from central park starting at 9PM. Last weekend, it showed on Sat and Sun but not during the week. We got a great spot about 8:15, but was filling up decently by 8:45. They capacity control the area.

Show consisted of video shown on screens made using water fans, collimated water jets, and backed by fireworks and broadcast over speakers around central park. We enjoyed it and thought it was worth seeing.

I watched it when it came out two years ago and loved it
It is worth watching more than once

I have it on my list for this years trip

We were there on a weekend and it did not occur, and another when it did occur. We asked at guest relations and were told the schedule varies according to how many people are in the park and to ask one of the people holding the “ask me” signs throughout the park and check the app where it will be listed on the day it will happen. We were told the schedule will probably be more consistent after Memorial Day when the summer crowds hit.

For the August trip I think you have a very good chance at the very least on the weekends.

In September HHN is starting early this year. The shows are usually over the water at the Studios and that will have HHN going Wed-Sunday nights. But you may get lucky and get to see the Harry Potter show on the castle in IOA. I really hope they bring that back this year, it was fantastic in 2019!

Thank you! This is on my list of things I'd really like to do and I was hoping it would be on while we were down there.

I've been waiting to see this again! I'm an AP who normally only goes only on weekdays. I've been waiting to see what day they are going to do the show so I can go, even if it's on a weekend. I keep check universal site, and even the touring plans site just in case, and nothing. If anyone does end up finding some type of schedule it would be great if you could post it!! lol

I’m betting it’s weekends only right now

Tuesday night the show at Studios happened.

(could have been Monday... days kinda blending together now)

I'd love more updates on night time shows! Also going to be there in August...

Anyone there now or recently back to update about whether these shows are taking place more regularly now, and if they are still weekend-only? Any news on the Hogwarts show?
