In other words, you consumed so much alcohol (even if it was part of a medication, it was still alcohol) that you would have tested positive on a breathalyzer, and you were still allowed to work at a nuclear power plant?

Having alcohol on your breath from Nyquil (which is 10%) alcohol is far different from being DRUNK. A breathalyser just measures alcohol "residue" in your mouth. Have you ever gotten drunk on Nyquil?
