Basically when I open MDE on my computer everything looks fine, but when I open it on my phone all of my reservations and FP+ are shown as being one day later... :confused3

What do you suggest I try? Or where can I go to find ideas of things to try?

What kind of phone are you using for the App?
How long before your trip?

If you have several weeks before you go to WDW,
I'd give it time to fix itself.

If it is still broken a week before your trip,

I noticed that you are in Australia. I'm wondering if there is a time zone setting that is causing the differences in the day.

Take notes about what you see, what device, what operating system, etc., and then give them a call.

That's what I was thinking -- international date line.

That would affect "today's" date, but why would it affect a date in the future (as on a calendar?)

The sentence, "I'll be in Florida on Tuesday March 3," would not make March 3 a different day... regardless of the person's current time zone.


But, the MDE software is very awkwardly written.

It's not necessarily the MDE -- it could be in the way the phone is interpreting the date code ... adding 12, 13.5, 14 or 15 hours to the WDW time of the reservations...
 
Honestly, if it's showing correctly on the computer, I'd just let it go. It probably does have something to do with your phone settings/the international date line, and I'm afraid that you'd get a BS answer if you called, or even worse, someone who was trying to help just screwing everything up for you inadvertently.

If you don't need it until you get to Disney, I'd seriously consider uninstalling the app and reinstalling it when you get stateside and hope the display issue corrects itself by doing so.

That's what I'm worried about too, I'm hoping that it's just the phone app that's wrong. However wouldn't that make the times wrong too? It's just the dates though :confused3

Doesn't matter. I think I've got to call Disney to change a HDDR reservation, so I might as well ask about both.
