Is there a Magic Band FAQ or 101? Where is the old ticket FAQ thread?

Haven't returned to the Mother Ship since 2013 before Magic Bands started. Is there a general thread here somewhere about them?

Also looking for CheshireFigment's old ticket thread. Is that still going or is there some new iteration of that info?

Not specifically about Magic Bands, but the new FP+ system is addressed in the green link in my signature. The ticket FAQ was not kept up to date and was unstickied.
