Is there a list of pins that are available from WDW mail order? and how do you go about ordering from them? Thanks...

What I have done in the past is peruse Dizpins and even the discussions here. The only items I am aware that you cannot buy are LE's. I even bought my pin bag directly through WDW Merchandise.
Last year, DH ordered 2001 WDW Marathon items through WDW merchandising. (And they royally, and repeatedly, screwed up his order. He ended getting a free polo shirt as an apology.)
The CM's I ordered from were not collectors, so were not helpful, although they tried to be. So make sure you do know what pins/items you want before calling.
The last CM I ordered from told me she had a list to look at. She can search, but I could tell she didn't want to. She even said they "love" it when customers order using SKU numbers. (hint to me)
You will probably know more about the pin merchandise than the CM you are ordering from.
