Is there a list available of the non-Disney owned restaurants at Disney World?

I know Disney doesn't own too many of the restaurants in World showcase in Epcot.

Does anyone have a link to a complete list of non-Disney restaurants?

Which one do you know that is not owned by Disney; please share. I'll start out with Chef de France.

The preliminary 2015 dining plan brochure is a start because it includes only the Disney owned restaurants. You can compare it with the restaurants listed on this year's dining plan brochure. The third party restaurants have until the end of the year to sign their contracts for next year. I noticed Chefs and Monsieur Paul are already on the 2015 list and I also assumed they are operated by the Bocuse family so maybe they already signed next year's contract? Also, none of the Swan and Dolphin or SOG restaurants are owned by Disney.

All restaurants at the Swan and Dolphin resorts
All restaurants at Shades of Green
All restaurants at the Coronado Springs Resort with the exception of the pool snack bar
All restaurants at Downtown Disney except: the snack bar in Disney Quest and some of the food trucks
All restaurants in the following World Showcase pavilions at Epcot: Mexico, China, Italy, Japan, Morocco and France
Big River Grill and Boardwalk To Go at the Boardwalk (also Jellyrolls and Atlantic Dance, but those are not restaurants)
Yak & Yeti (table and counter service) and Rainforest Café at AK
