My family is going to WDW in the summer and this time we will be taking our baby girl for the first time. She will be around 18 months, and she is milk intollerant (which means both she and I are on a milk-free diet since I'm still nursing her). We are also kosher-ish - we don't eat any of the forbidden types of fish and seafood (it has to have both fins and scales) and all meat has to be kosher supervised meat. I know that I can order meat meals (airline style) in some of the Disney restaurants, but I'd rather this was a last resort as I'm sure they are too high in sodium for a baby to have on a regular basis. Otherwise, I'm happy to have both fish and vegetarian meals, but obviously they'll need to be milk-free.
Where's the best place to go for allergy information, and does anyone have any tips for me on dining?
Also, is there somewhere that I can get a milk substitute eg oat milk, soya milk, rice milk so that we can have cereals and so on?
Thanks
