Is there a limit to the total number of fast passes you can have for your entire trip?

I booked 2-3 FPs for 5 of the 8 days we will be in WDW but when I went to book some FPs for a 6th day I was told that I reached my FP limit and could not book more until I used them up. I know you can only book 3 advanced FPs a day but it won't let me book for the days that I have none. I hope I'm making sense.

Something seems off. Even if you're staying off property, you should be allowed to book 3 per day for a total of 7 days in a 30 day window (i.e. from the date of your first FP+, you can have 7 days of passes in the next 30)

That's for an annual pass. If you have a MYW ticket, you can only book the number of days on your ticket.

Not meaning to hijack the thread, but I didn't know this...could someone please clarify? We will be staying offsite for 2 weeks using the military tickets, total of 8 days in the parks per person (one in our party will need an 8-day MYW ticket). Does this mean we can only book FPs for 7 of our 8 days in the parks? Thanks for any info!

You can book for the number of days that you have tickets. So 8 days of tickets = 8 days of FP+. If you have an annual pass, it's the longer of 7 days or the number of days you're staying onsite. At least this is my understanding and how It's worked for us.

Ah...I remember now. I was going to get a 6 day ticket but we decided to do a couple of non-park days so we decided to just get 5 days. That makes sense now.
