Is there a guest services at Downtown Disney?

I asked this in another thread but I think it got lost.If I want to trade in my WDW hoppers for DL hoppers can I do it somewhere before my first morning in the parks? We will be arriving at around 8 pm the night before and staying in one of the hotels on Harbor Blvd.TIA

I'm sure they'll be happy to accept your WDW hoppers.
