There is a forum here under "Other Lands"... just below Disneyland Paris. Not sure how active it is, but there is certainly a forum!

There is an excellent and very detailed trip report in the Tokyo Disney section here on the Disboards under Other Lands, written by Lurkyloo. Lots of picture, food, hotel and ride reviews for the parks and also lots of info on Tokyo in general.

The Tokyo Disneyland forum isn't too active but if you ask questions and such they will be answered. There are some good trip reports over there as mentioned already. Mine is on there as well.
