Hello! We'll be staying at the HIFS this coming May (can't wait! 
I would like to find a party shop nearby (somewhere?) to air up some Disney mylar balloons I have already purchased, then sneak them into our room as a surprise for our 3 year old dd.
Are there any party/gift stores nearby that sell the balloons and can add the helium on the spot?
