Is there a free shuttle to DLH from the airport?

The short answer is NO. the longer answer is you have several choices, taxi's, shuttle services that cost (supershuttle is 10 per person per way) or the disneyland resort express bus, it is cheaper, but you are on their schedule.

I will miss the Magical Express that WDW offers....You check your luggage at the departure airport with WDW provided resort tags and the bags magically appear in your room at the resort. WDW provides a bus for your transportation.

This is a fantastic service, and the best part...It is completely free!

Prices also vary based on which airport. John Wayne (Orange County), Long Beach, or LAX.

I will miss the Magical Express that WDW offers...

Perhaps with all of the additional coming changes at the Disneyland Resort--more $$ into California Adventure Park, possible western DVC, the possible relaunch of the Disneyland Hotel, etc, etc... Maybe a Western Magical Express is something they will add, too??
