I am looking for a fried chicken recipe from the Plaza Inn.

To your right, you’ll see a search box. Plug in “Plaza Inn fried chicken” and see what comes up. There is also a sub forum for recipe exchanging after or part of the Community section but not many go there. I see recipe requests in the Dining and/or Community sections generally.

There are several recipe books from Disney parks. Google it and see what you come up with.
