I don't know if a thread is out thr.. i was confused to .. this is how it works
-CVS has a bonus program that means when you sign up for a card and use that card when purchasing certain items you get "CVS dollars" that print out on your receipt. (example if you buy shampoo that costs 4.99 you will get 3.00 is CVS dollars back)
-often you can combine that with a coupon (example the same shampoo might have a 2.00 off coupon you can print from the web, you use the coupon and now your paying 2.99 for the shampoo but still getting the 3.00 back in CVS dollars)
- this manifests in many diff combination's of coupons and CVS dollars, making products free or cheap to buy.
The thread that says CVS 9/19-9/26, will start with a list of what you can get CVS dollars for and what coupons you can print.. thn other people add stuff to it.. maybe other coupons they find, or other advice about how to get good deals... hope this helps
