Is there a concierge desk at the WL

Just wondering if there's a concierge desk at WL. Since I booked my ressie so late, I'm having trouble getting an ADR at Chef Mickey for our check out day (1/3/08). It's a tradition that we have breakfast there on our final morning. After I checked into the Swan on my last trip, the concierge was able to get us into CRT on the day I had planned to be in the MK anyway. Talk about pixie dust I've been calling every other day for Chef Mickey but no luck.

Yes, the Wilderness Lodge does have a lobby Concierge desk.
