As far as I know the only one is at DTD INSIDE Disney Quest
If you go here http://www.wdwig.com/menu/menus.htm and scroll to DTD you will see Food Quest and Wonderland Cafe and can see the menus. As for PS I don't think it's available but you can call and ask. I would assume you have to pay Disney Quest admission but again you would need to call and ask. Hope this helps.

The food options at DisneyQuest is run by the Cheesecake Factory, but I don't think there is an actual CF.

As previously posted, there is a counter-service that is run by Cheesecake Factory located INSIDE Disney Quest. You do need admission into Disney Quest to eat here. There is a very limited menu, nothing like the menus at the regular sit-down places, and I don't even think it's as good as a full-service Cheesecake Factory. There is a Cheesecake Factory located approx 15 minutes from WDW in the Millenia Mall, which is off Route 4. Of course, going with Cheesecake Factory standards, neither location accepts advanced reservations.

There are actually a couple counters inside DisneyQuest that have Cheesecake Factory offerings, but it is significantly limited, and not table service. You do need admission to get to the counters. They do offer cheesecake by the slice and will pack it to go for you, but again you have to be inside to get to it.

There is a real Cheesecake Factory Restaurant at the Mall at Millenia which is about 20 minutes away, near Universal Studios. Take Exit 78 (Conroy Rd) from I-4. Mall_at_Millenia

Universal Studios is located at Exit 75A from I-4.

CF is located on the lower level near the main entrance. Great food, great service.

Troy, How bad ws the wait? The one in north Jersey that I have gone to usually has a wait over an hour no matter what time you go. Thanks for any help.

Donnainnj - an hour or more wait is pretty standard at ANY Cheesecake Factory, regardless of location. I've eaten at 4 different locations: the new one in NJ, King of Prussia, Aventura, FL and Boca Raton, the waits at all of them have been in excess of an hour, sometimes closer to two hours if you're checking close to a meal time. The only time I haven't encountered a wait was getting there right after opening 11:30 or so for lunch.
