Is there a cash machine on the ship?

Is there a cash machine or way to get cash on the ship ?

No cash machines onboard.....you can write a check at guest service for cash, or cash in travelers checks.

Some port have cash machines near the ship but I would suspect the fees are high.

On our last cruise this July - for the first time, I saw someone cashing a check - I was surprised and curious so I commented that is neat or something. I was told that you can cash one check per stateroom for $100.00. Not much but better than nothing.

Yes, stop by guest services on deck 3 and they will be happy to take all the cash you can give them!

They got quite a bit of mine on our last cruise.

You have to admit Disney's expertise at seperating you from your money. Once you convince yourself it is really OK to spend $40 on a $5 t-shirt............... its aaaaaaaaaallllllllllllllllllllll downhill from there.

Just wondering is the $100 limit for travellers checks too? I am trying to figure how much cash we will need for our 14 night cruise and wanted to take the bulk of it in t/c but not if we cant cash it! Would you suggest taking t/c to pay off your kttw at the end and cash for all the ports?

No limit (that I ever hit) on TCs.

I do just as you suggest. I payoff my account with TCs during the cruise, and periodically cash some for on shore cash.

Never had a problem, an any cruise line with TCs.

One of the last few places they come in especially handy.
