Pretty sure there is. Backup plan, take the bus for the Contemporary & walk over. We often do this because the line is shorter.

Usually they have Disney Transport buses that go between parks when Park Hopper Availability begins.

Yes as @Skippyboo posted above the park to park buses start running at 10 AM.

FYI you can park hop anytime now the 2 PM time is no longer a constraint for park hopping.

Definitely yes - we took it at about 3pm last Saturday. Only about 3 families on board.
