Can you be more specific about what you're looking for? 'Budget hotel' can mean a lot of things, especially in this economy.

How many people, onsite or off, do you need to be able to park an RV?

We have had good luck looking for places in Kissimmee via hotels.com.

Other sites can be used as well.

You can then read customers reviews and determine if the place might meet your needs.

Even after you book and prepay for your room, keep following up. We have been able to save a few extra bucks during special slales held after we paid. They simply credited our credit card for the difference.

On our trip last summer we stayed one night close to Sea World before checking into our resort. Got the room via hotwire for $29. It had a nice pool with a made-to-order grill & Tiki bar, and free hot breakfast. The room also slept 6 because it was a mini-suite that had a pull-out couch.

Check out the message boards on betterbidding.com and biddingfortravel.com. People post what hotels they bid on. Go to Florida and then Orlando hotels. You can check both hotwire and priceline, but if you have more than 2 people you might want to stick with hotwire to ensure that you get a room that sleeps at least 4 people.
