Is there a board for PIN Codes/WDW offers?

I thought I saw one once, but now I can't find it. Or is the info about current PIN codes & WDW offers just mixed in many boards?

Yes-- it is a subforum of the Disney Resorts Board. Open that board and at the top you will see the Codes and Rates forum.
