Is there a best week in July?

We're planning a four day trip and would like to go in July. Are the 4th and 17th busy enough to try to plan around them? Any other dates I should consider working around? Also, would you choose M-Th or T-F? At the moment I'm considering 9-12 or 10-13. Would the week starting Sunday the 22nd be better for any reason? Experts, please weigh in. We've only been there during off season before and are looking forward to extended hours and more entertainment and would like to make the most of it.
