Is there a "best day to go" chart for Universal in June?

We have never been to Universal, so we are thinking about adding a day or two (sounds like two are needed based on all the posts I've read!) onto our Disney trip. We would get to choose to go to Universal any days between June 11-15 (mon-fri). I wondered if there was info for when is the best day to go? I'm leaning towards staying onsite to get the unlimited EP but some of the dates are booked already. Also wondered if there are grad nights there? Is it really possible to get unlimited EP for two days if I only stay one night onsite?

i think the best days to go during the summer would be:

yes.
if you stay one night on site, you will get the perk of using the express lines for unlimited amount of time.
good for the day you check in and out.

Undercover Tourist Also has a crowd report calendar its mostly disney stuff but it also lists Universal.
