Norway or Germany. That's about as close as you will get. Ghiardellis in DTD

There is a lot of chocolate in Italy too. Perugina is there, yum!

If you like dark chocolate, try the bittersweet chocolate leaves in Germany Not too sweet, VERY chocolate.

Belgium would be great--mussels, frites and great beer.
