Disneyland that would deliver a birthday cake to a hotel? The plan for next year is to be at Disneyland on my mom's birthday and she can NOT go without an Italian rum cake. I thought it would be nice to surprise her with one in the refrigerator after a day at the park.

There is a bakery of sorts I seem to remember in the restaurant in front of/on the property of the Fairfield Inn. If you call them, maybe the hotel, meybe they have more info.

Google "cakes anaheim" and 3 cake places near the park come up under the heading "Local results ...". I suspect all would deliver to a hotel in the vicinity.
