Is there a “wanted” post option for DVC points purchase?

Sorry if there’s a simple answer to this that I’m missing, but is there a way to post a “wanted” type ad for purchasing DVC points? I’m looking to book a last minute trip, and having difficulty getting members to reply to my PMs. Figured a wanted post would actually be much more useful than reaching out to countless members hoping for a reply. Thanks

No, "wanted" posts are not allowed. All rental posts are restricted to the DVC Rent/Transfer forum. Please be sure to read the REQUIRED READING post pinned near the top of the foum.

If it is a last minute room request, there may not be a lot of availability and may not be worth an owners time to search, especially if you are looking for a studio or a 2BR. You might want to look at DVC Rental Store for confirmed reservations. You can sometimes get some great deals there. Most popular DVC resorts and rooms book at 11 months out, then fill at 7. Sometimes OKW or SSR will have availability at less than 7 months out.

Owners typically don't like to rent out their points for stays less than 31 days away because they don't want to risk their points going into holding. That is true for myself.
