They use to have a pass for 3 hours that you could use. I think that you had to leave a CC deposit and checkout at Guest Relations. I know if you weren't out of the park in the 3 hours they would charge you the full admission cost.

I'm not positive if they still do it though.

Yep, they do. Just need to go to Guest Services and get a Dining Pass. Robert is correct, you'll need to give them a credit card and they will charge you for admission if you're not out in the alotted amount of time.
