The Winnie the Pooh playground in MK has been gone for over three years, since they started construction on the mine train.

I think OP is referring to the small interactive play area which is part of the queue.
And to that, the answer is "Yes". At least as of a couple weeks ago. There were several features not working.

Yep thats what I meant; the interactive kids area before the line.

We were there just a few weeks after it originally opened in 2010 and everything was working. Since then, we have been back in December 2011, December 2012 and October 2013. In December 2011, it had just been refurbished the month before because several features had quit working. Even so, there was already one feature not working. In both 2012 and 2013, we noticed several items not working. I 'm guessing things aren't going to be fixed any time soon, and if they are, unless they redo the area the fixes won't last long.
