Is the week of Dec 12-15th a good time to go

I know at WDW its a traditionally slow time...but not sure about Dland.

we are looking at going Nov 28 - Dec 1st or Dec 12th - 15th...
Wed thru Sat....leaving Sat morning.

What do you guys think...which is better??? thanks !!

If possible I would go those 3 days during the week between the ones you listed. You want far enough past Thanksgiving but early in the month of December.

Both are very good times to go. There will not be a huge difference either week that you pick, although it will be a tad bit more crowded on Dec 1st because of the Candlelight Processional.

I would go( and almost did) Nov 28-Dec 1st. Right after Thanksgiving, all schools back in session, and people just coming back from the 4 day holiday. Only thing I did notice was that there is a lot of basketball games at the convention center and some of the hotels are already booked up and some of the cheaper hotels have raised their prices. I would book fast.

i disagree, Dec 12-15 is the last week for SoCal APs to go into Disneyland... Not only that, It is also the last week Cast Members can use their Cool passes to get friends/family into the park.

Besides, the last week, people always ditch school... last year, it was pretty busy...

That is when we are going also One downside, no Electric Light Parade during that time. Between my son's school and available vacation time at work, I don't have much flexibility. Crowded park?..Oh well we will still be in Disneyland!

We've been going around the week before Christmas the last few years. The crowds aren't bad at all, we're going again this year the 12-16.

What do you thing about 3-8th? I hope these are good times. I don't mind the park closing early because I have small children and that actually works great! Thanks!!

We will be there 14th-17th for DD7's 8th birthday. We are hoping it isn't too busy but even if it we will have fun!!

We went at that time last year and it was great. The parks weren't crazy at all and most things were walk on for us. We're going this year from the 12-17th, so hopefully it's the same this year.
