We are going the first weekend in May and were wondering if the weather is nice enough to go hang out at the pool for a liitle bit when the parks get busy in the afternoon?

We have always had warm enough weather to swim - Dec, March, Oct- doesnt matter. I dont know that has been warm enough to "hang out", as in pull up a chair and catch some rays- but its been warm enough to be in the water swimming. We went in May 2000 and it was warm enough that we needed sunblock, wore shorts, and got a small sunburn.

It should be warm enough to enjoy the pool. We have had unusually cool and rainy weather lately. I'm sure you've seen the thread about rain all next week. I'll cross my fingers for you. I live here and I'm certainly ready to enjoy the pool!

The pool at DLH is the reason I am flying out early with my son's before my husband drives down. I feel that I want to take advantage of all the DLH has to offer and I hope it is warm enough too! Our plans for Monday is get off the plane , check in and go to the pool !

Here's hoping! We also are planning to take advantage of the pool during our stay. DS5 looooves being in the pool - Took him to Maui when he was two; he hated the beach (!), but loved the hotel pool, so we specifically wanted a hotel with a great pool. DS1 has to have showers with Daddy because he went so wild in the bathtub with the splashing, and has recently started swim classes. They haven't kicked the little maniac out yet, and he is soooo happy! So, yes, unless it's butt-freezin' cold, we will be in the pool! :sunny:
